Hand-made by Michelle is a home based, family run business that takes pride in every piece that is made for you.

Made Just for You

Each piece that is made by Hand-made by Michelle is made custom just for you. Because I am a one person show, each piece takes time. The standard processing time can take 7-10 days to ship out to you, but I promise that as soon as I receive your order, I will put in on the schedule and will get it out to you as quickly as my hands can make it!

Do you accept Returns?


Due to the fact that my products are custom made specifically for you, I do not accept returns.

Shipping Policy


Shipping Time - Most orders will ship out between 7-10 days of placing your order. Factors that may slow your order down include, but are not limited to: backlog of orders, material availability, and just how long it will take for me to make your items. Rest assured that I pride myself in turning around orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs - I do my best to keep shipping costs to a minimum, and I do offer free shipping for orders over $100. Also note that I do offer free order pickup for anyone residing in the Oakland County, Mi area. And, of course, you are always welcome to pick up your order at any of the shows that I will be attending. See my show schedule to see if I will be in your area.

Pre-orders


Preorders- There may be times in which I need to place orders on pre-order status. Pre-order dates are estimated. As many of you know, I not only provide this site for you all to order from, but I also participate in local craft shows. Just prior to shows, I must restock to provide the best assortment of products for all of you. So if you see pre-order status, know that I am still diligently working, I just may have a bit of a wait.
